Abstract/Notes

Abstract: "You tested positive" is the last thing we want to hear today as we sit smack dab in the middle of a worldwide pandemic with conflicting information coming at us every day. With the virus mutating, can the vaccine even keep up? In searching for what might be one of the most lifesaving steps we can take to ward off catching this ugly virus, or to keep symptoms at a minimum and not life-threatening if we do catch it, vitamin D seems to rise to the top in conjunction with other immune-enhancing measures. But patient compliance can be low because folks don't typically like to change lifestyle habits and sometimes they reject something great because of research studies out there that are not always trustworthy.
