Abstract/Notes

The differentiation of somatic, psychogenic and false disability is facilitated when the clinician utilizes logic and bases his decision on an anatomic and physiologic approach. A model is described by which the ciropractor can differentiate true and false disability and by which tests can be devised to confrim the clinical impression.
