Abstract/Notes

Celiac disease (CD) is seldom considered in the evaluation of infertility, and the link between the two has been referred to many times in the literature as a 'neglected clinical association.' It is estimated that approximately 7.4-14% of women are infertile in North America, with 15% of this infertility attributed to unexplained factors after hormonal and anatomical cases have been ruled out.
