Abstract/Notes The involvement of the chiropractic profession in the World Health Organization and the corollary formation of the World Federation of Chiropractic (WFC) were built on the vision of Gary Auerbach. With the encouragement of the International Chiropractors Association and through creative financing, Auerbach was able to hold meetings around the globe and develop the infrastructure of what would become the WFC, which he served as its first president.
