Abstract/Notes

Of all the conditions that confront the chiropractor, the degenerative low back syndrome is one of the most frequently encountered, but least understood, problems. This paper will briefly give the rationale in using a rigid, decompressive, custom molded fiberglass orthosis to effectively manage the progressive clinically symptomatic destabilized motor unit. A list of materials and description of application is also given.
