Le diagnostique diffrrentiel de la lombalgie d'origine mecanique est important. Son diagnostique ne doit pas etre rendu sans avoir revu les cliche's radiologiques pertinents. Dans ce rapport, le cas presente illustre que I'origine du syndrome sacro-iliaque peut etre post-operatoire.


The differential diagnosis of low back pain of mechanical origin is important. Its diagnosis should not be made without having reviewed the pertinent radiological films. In this report, the case presented shows that the origin of the sacro-iliac syndrome can be post-surgical.
