Abstract/Notes The authors designed a 14-item measure of satisfaction with chiropractic care, entitled the Chiropractic Satisfaction Questionnaire (CSQ). The item content of the CSQ included interpersonal quality, technical quality, time spent with the chiropractor, cost of care, and overall satisfaction with care. The CSQ was administered to a sample of 486 patients of 44 chiropractors randomly selected from a list of practitioners supplied by the Californis Chiropractic Association. The results of the study provide support for the reliability and validity of the CSQ.
