Abstract/Notes

Frank W. Elliott was Mabel Palmer's cousin and is frequently characterized that way.  He could also be described as the business manager of the Palmer School of Chiropractic, part owner of the neurocalometer, Iowa state representative, radio pioneer, or chiropractor.  He and his wife were part of the "Green Book Gang," the group of young faculty families in the 1920s at the PSC that helped shape the future of chiropractic.
