Henry Otterholt, first Palmer graduate to practice in New Zealand, arrived in New Zealand in 1914.  His reason for arriving is briefly discussed, his locations and results on patients and persecution are reported.  Formation of a chiropractors association, active student recruitment and his life in New Zealand is disscussed until he left in 1926 for South Africa, and the influence of New Zealand Palmer graduates on Australian chiropractic is explored.  This story of Henry Otterholt is based on his unpublished manuscripts which are located in the Archives of the Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport Iowa.
