Abstract/Notes

As I was reviewing a lab panel for a patient I was surprised how many blood chemistry values can be affected by dehydration. I have been preaching the essentials of water consumption throughout my career and was prompted to delve deeper in the subject. I thought I had a good working knowledge of the importance of water but through my investigation learned so much more than I had expected, in fact, it became difficult to narrow the subject to an article vs. a book. My goal is to impact some of that investigation with you and my patients.
