There was a time, not to [sic] long ago, when nutrition was the key to good health and drugs were a fad. Nutrition like plaid is again quickly becoming the go-to treatment for today's health issues. Medications have had an incredible run of success for the last 70 years, its success has led to a peak in its effectiveness in changing our longevity or quality of life. Today's health issues cannot be solved with medications, but must be addressed with lifestyle changes and nutrition must lead.
