Title The Patient's Bill of Rights: Graduation address at the Anglo-European Chiropractic College, July 14, 1984
Journal J Chiropr. 1984 Nov;21(11):30-32
Peer Review No
Publication Type Article

The following commencement address is reproduced here with the gracious permission of Dr. Herbert Vear, president  of Western States Chiropracti c College.   It is included in this issue because of its timeliness in dealing with ethical issues confronting all doctors of chiropractic.   However, in this address Dr. Vear chooses to direct most of his remarks to an ethical issue of special interest to himself:  the rights of the patient and the responsibilities of the doctor of chiropractic to honor those rights.
