Abstract/Notes

When the necessary criteria have been met, nonsurgical treatment has been found effective in the management of juvenile and adolescent scoliosis.  Progress in conservative scoliosis management, however, has not been without obstacles.  The impediments that have arisen have, by and large, been solved.  Unfortunately though, one major obstacle remains.  This problem relates to the chiropractic physician being allowed to employ the modalities available in nonsurgical scoliosis treatment.
