Abstract/Notes

As in past years this paper documents some of the happenings of a century ago. Perhaps the most memorable event would be the sinking of the Titanic, reinforced to the public by the recent motion picture. Other events included the military influx on aviation, loss of lives in earthquakes, volcanic eruptions, mining and maritime disasters, events in the political sphere, sports, education, medicine, and of course in the field of chiropractic.
