Abstract/Notes

Doctors of chiropractic are not all of one mind about anything. So it’s no surprise that they are not in agreement about health care reform. Some are signing on to work with accountable care organizations (ACOs) and patient-centered medical homes (PCMHs). Most, however, are waiting for the dust to settle. Having been stung in the past, some worry that ACOs and medical homes are little more than “HMOs on steroids.”
