Abstract/Notes The significance and role of the traditional philosophy of Chiropractic is currently being questioned both within the profession and the academic institutions which currently teach or previously taught it. This paper provides a brief overview of the development of the philosophy of Chiropractic as presented at the Sydney College of Chiropractic between 1975 and 2000. The author was a student of the institution between 1975 and 1978 and a lecturer in Chiropractic Principles and Philosophy 1 between 1982 and 2001.
