Abstract/Notes Studies involving headaches in the past have often ignored cervicogenic etiologies. Traditional treatment for headaches using analgesic medications has been geared toward symptomatic relief. In this report, a subject with a chronic severe headaches and accompanying cervicalgia is diagnosed with a posterior-right subluxation of the second cervical vertebrae. Treatment with chiropractic adjustments was given, using the Palmer Upper Cervical Specific Technique, and the results are outlined below.
