Abstract/Notes Modern health care helps Americans live longer, but unless older adults work to preserve balance, flexibility, and strength, falls grow increasingly likely. Some preliminary small studies suggest that spinal manipulative therapy may help with balance problems while allowing patients to cut back on pain drugs, too.
