Abstract/Notes As discussed in part 1, when one understands the role of science one understands that a large body of research conducted within the chiropractic paradigm is required before any valid scientific conclusions regarding the accuracy or inaccuracy of the paradigm can be made. The relatively few studies that have been conducted to date do not come close to constituting an adequate body of research for this task. Anyone who makes claims regarding a lack of validity of the chiropractic paradigm or the chiropractic subluxation complex based on the currently available literature is exhibiting scientific ignorance.
