Abstract/Notes Objective: One of the most common treatments for various types of allergic dermatitis that we see today is the use of steroid hormone. However, steroid is known to exacerbate the condition if it is not used correctly. The aim of this study was to evaluate the effectiveness of the Toftness System treatment on allergic dermatitis.

Clinical Features: A 14-month-old female infant with dermatitis on the right and left cheeks and below her left ear underwent care using Toftness technique.

Intervention and Outcome: was given the Toftness System treatment one to two times a week for approximately 6 months (a total of 33 treatments), during which time the improvement of dermatitis was visually evaluated.

Conclusion: The patient’s skin conditions visibly improved and some degree of effectiveness of the Toftness System treatment was confirmed on allergic dermatitis.
