Title Documenting the collective experience [editorial]
Journal J Clin Chiropr Pediatr. 2007 ;8(1-2):493-434
Peer Review No
Publication Type Editorial
Abstract/Notes Excerpt: The importance of documentation, in all health care disciplines, cannot be overemphasized. Whether in the form of a case study, case series, a retrospective study, a cohort study, or a literature review, the establishment of a compendium of clinically significant outcomes helps the doctor in practice, the academic instructor, the researcher, other health care professionals, and even the public. This publication, since its inception has included topics pertinent to the diverse pediatric population encountered in clinical practice. These various topics have served to broaden the knowledge of the application of the art and science of chiropractic to support the innate capacity of the human body to normalize function and re-establish homeostasis in a pediatric and/or pregnant patient.
