Abstract/Notes Excerpt: Thiel and Bolton have done our profession a great service by introducing the reporting of safety incidents. This is something that, in the United Kingdom, was recommended to the statutory governing body, the General Chiropractic Council, years ago and yet nothing has happened. The British Chiropractic Association also deserves credit for their role in this study.
