Abstract/Notes This article provides an overview for the identification of hip and pelvis pathology on magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) for the chiropractor. An outline of the usual imaging sequences is given together with illustrative examples and discussion of common conditions including avascular necrosis, degenerative joint disease, trauma and surgical procedures.
