Abstract/Notes This article provides an overview for the identification of thoracic spinal pathologies on magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) for the chiropractor. Illustrative examples are given, with discussion, of commonly encountered disorders including thoracic disc lesions, hemangioma, syrinx formation, Scheuermann's disease and compression fracture. Normal MRI appearance of the thoracic spine—this was approached in part 1 of the article.
