Abstract/Notes The popular legend of Mack and Dorothy Searby, an Australian couple wh vo during the 1 920s, travelled two thirds of the way across the United States on foot to the Palmer School of Chiropractic, pushing a cart loaded with their children and their belongings, ls examined in light of contemporary documents.
